KathaCocoon is operated by Navaya Life LLC in Maryland, USA. Contact us at kathacocoon@polsia.app.
We collect a parent's email address to deliver an order. We use it for story updates only if the parent opts in.
When a parent enters a child's first name for personalization, we use that name only to make that PDF.
We do not sell data or share it except with service providers needed to run the store: Stripe for payment, hosting, and email delivery.
Stripe handles payment card details. KathaCocoon never sees them.
KathaCocoon is for parents. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children.
Parents can email kathacocoon@polsia.app to request deletion of their data.
